“Growing up, I looked forward to the weekends because I got to go to work with my dad, who had a 38-year career in the custom home and construction industry after he served in the United States Army. I never knew it at the time, but I was learning from the best!

I started with a valuable ~20-year corporate career in quality assurance and operations. I was really fortunate to start my career in a large, quality-focused organization like Texas Instruments. Next, I got to strategize, implement, manage, and lead in a few executive positions in a couple of medium-sized companies. Lastly, I spent some time with a start-up company where I gained some ground-up experience.

All this helped me turn one of my hobbies and passions into full-time work. I started with a business plan and ‘word of mouth.’ In the beginning, it was a lot of small, handyman type projects, but I grew with each completed project. As I found good people, I built a team, and it wasn't long before we were designing and building kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-house renovations. Next, we were building additions and new construction. Today, we're experts in any and all kinds of residential remodeling and construction. Best of all, I still enjoy it!"
